Brooktree Horses
Nestled in the heart of Del Mar, we specialize in helping riders of all levels learn the importance of proper technique, skills, and horsemanship necessary to be competitive at all levels - from those just getting started to those competing on the A-circuit.
Our Approach
Horsemanship First
We believe great riding starts with horsemanship. By learning to understand, care for, and communicate with horses, riders build trust and confidence from the ground up. This approach creates safer, more skilled, and compassionate equestrians.

What Clients are Saying
“I’ve been training with Diana for the past eight months, and she’s by far the best trainer I’ve had. She’s dedicated, supportive, and always makes sure each lesson is effective and enjoyable. If there’s ever an issue with your horse, she’ll ride it herself to help figure things out. Armando has also been a great help he’s teach me a lot about caring for horses I’m truly grateful for both of them.”
- Mo, Adult Amateur
“My daughter has been riding with Diana for over a year now and I can say wholeheartedly that she is a beautiful human being that I trust completely with my daughter not only is she a wonderful trainer and very skilled but she’s also a very kind warm, helpful person.”
